Satya Sai of Puttaparthi is undoubtedly the most publicized and the biggest supernaturally powerful (?) saint of present day India. Among his devotees are eminent people and that enhances his popularity as a ‘true Godman’.

From an anthropological standpoint this is an excellent opportunity to see how a myth can be created, we know Baba was a fraud. His devotees don't or don't care, so I wonder what will become of his legend now it can have the barest relationship to verifications since he's no longer here.
