Comment by SteveInCO on February 19, 2013 at 7:52am Hodge is indoctrinated with the snake oil that came about when 66 books of unrelated subjects were bound together and claimed to be ONE infallible "guide book" for the human race.
Well now that's unfair, the subjects are sometimes quite strongly related.
It still comes across as quite the hodgepodge (pun intended) of different authors and different styles though.
Comment by Dennis Michael Pennington on February 19, 2013 at 7:30am I read the AIG article. This Hodge character has no real logic or reasoning. Indoctrinated very well, the "bible" seems to be the link for all subjects to this person. "Only a Christian can know love." Where is rational thinking? Hodge is indoctrinated with the snake oil that came about when 66 books of unrelated subjects were bound together and claimed to be ONE infallible "guide book" for the human race. With no real "love" before the bible came along, it could be assumed that children were simply a source of food for the masses until they were taught about "god." That is Hodge logic.
