AtheistNexus with tons of theist ads

So, I just recently joined this community but shockingly, more than ever do I suddenly find myself showered with theist ads on atheistnexus.org So far I've seen an ad to find a muslim partner, an ad for a Christian women's magazine, a youtube link to scientology, etc. Who's in charge of selling ad space on the site?

Pretty weird!

Yeah,

The presence of the ads is rather funny!

I do generally click on the ones that I notice.

(Yeah! we're getting Hits! keep sending the money!)

So if I click on a christian dating service, I'm helping google and AN?  I hadn't even noticed any ads, but I'll start watching for them!

Brady and Sentient are right -- the theist ads are actually helping us.  Imagine that!

Show support and click on them  -- then you can laugh at the theist site you are at. : )

Show your support for Atheist Nexus and click the ad

This comes up a lot.  Google ads support nexus.  Without those ads, there would not be atheist nexus.  People are not willing to pay a membership fee.  There are not enough atheist organizations or nonreligious companies willing to buy ads targeted to an atheisit website.  Theist organizations buy ads based on keywords, and those are the ads that appear.  Quite literally, since the theist ads support nexus, you can thank god for atheist nexus.
