I'm thinking this is a sort of a spam, maybe by a guy who got our contacts from Atheist Nexus, and I'll tell you why in a minute:

Here's why I call bullshit:

What webpage? I have 3 or 4 blogs, a site about crackpots, and an old website where nothing was listed but mp3s.

If he knew anything I wrote, he would have known that I haven't bothered challenging supernatural claims in years. Seriously, I don't give a crap about creationists. I dismiss their claims outright, because they are stupid. End of story.

The "ten questions." Sound familiar? Doesn't it sound like an internet meme that christians have been putting out around the internet? If so, I've already entertained these "10 questions" maybe 3 years ago. The Ten Magical Questions that will prove that the Big Bang is silly and that an old white man in a dress popped into existence and made something out of nothing. Why would anyone even give that claim the time of day? It's a farce.

I call bullshit. It's a badly written form letter with my name filled in the blanks, with no indication he knows anything about what I say or do, save for the Noah's Ark thing, which leads me to believe it's an added paragraph to an email he CC'd to dozens of you guys, because that video happens to be on this page.

BTW, Colin, if you're reading this, sorry, if all you have to offer me is your "respect" for answering those "10 Questions" that OF COURSE you wrote yourself, of why would I think otherwise, I'm not biting. I don't do schoolyard doubledare games. You've probably only read the title of my video, and haven't bothered to read my actual blog, or listened to any of my podcasts. I call BULLSHIT on you.

What about you guys?

Tracking is one thing. Evidence of unsolicited mass mailing is another - it can get services terminated. Evidence is the critical part.

I can definitely recommend Felch for his "tracking ability." He has helped me out.

Well, I guess he didn't get my email from here. So I'm not sure to what "webpage" he's referring. No one else seems to be getting the email that I know of. I'll keep you posted in case it's from somewhere else. Facebook, Myspace--I'm on everything.

I've since had a couple more replies, and he's getting lamer and lamer. How it got worse than his claim that ever since "you guys" took christ from the classroom and started teaching evolution kids started shooting each other, I don't know. He's a git. He sure as hell didn't write any 10 burning questions, because he hasn't brought it up. Maybe he is just some random fundie Aussie who feels compelled to defend his faith against little ol' me. I should send him over to the website of my friend Normal Bob Smith. That oughta Barbie his Shrimp.

Folks,

For dissection and tracing of any suspicious email, I am more than happy to help. I have a pathological hatred of mail abuse. It borders on psychosis. Let me know if you want assistance.

I seriously don't think it is coming from Atheist Nexus. There is no way anyone can get your email address (unless you posted it somewhere). If it was from A|N, it was a friend of yours. But even then, they could only send a friend to friend message. If you are concerned, please forward it to me. I will look into it.

Submissives love to be told what to do.

"I I Me Me My", Colin. Good for you for your decision. What does that have to do with me?

Colin, surely you, as an intelligent man with hobbies but little knowledge of the use of the comma, knows that Christianity was not the first religion, nor is it the last. You should also know that religion is not the be all and end all of morality. You cannot possibly think, the intelligent man with hobbies that you are, that all those who do not have religion are traipsing about doing terrible things? It's pretty simple, if you think about it. An individual like me wants the same kinds of things as you in life, for the most part, and running about harming people is not exactly going to make a person successful. The problem is, most people seem to think they need a Lord and Master to tell them. This is strange, because it is people who made up the laws you feel came out of soul poofs. People wrote the bible. Who did you think I thought wrote the bible, Colin? Spooks? I'm an atheist. Of course I think people devised those laws, most of which are ridiculous. Of COURSE an intelligent person with hobbies like you would never stone someone to death for working on "The Sabbath." I can assume this, because you don't have a prison address. What's telling you not to do such a terrible thing which is a God Law? Surely it's not a devil. Surely it's your own conscience.

There's your answer. Look at me! Trying to reason with you!

if Christianity is not true and

Not my school system.

where it all starts, ever since you guys

whose "you guys?"

kicked Christ out of the

Here, Colin whines that he doesn't get his religion of choice foisted on other kids. But Colin, as an intelligent man with hobbies, knows very well that his religion of choice is CONSTANTLY foisted upon others.

False.

In OZ, your problems started sometime when Britain forced their religion on the people who lived there before the prisoners did. Just like in the US.

And so it seems you have no concept of your own idea of Christian Love. Would it make more sense if he tortured me? It says something like that in the bible. It's pretty disgusting.

Note how he assumes that there are two ways of thinking: Christian, and something else, probably terrible, that happens because we are taught evolution.

Fat lot of evolution I learned in my schools. Evolution education was crap in my day. I have to learn on my own.

I'd refer him to a website where the "ten questions" have been answered. Better still, refer him to a whole bunch of web sites where they have been answered. Tell him that is he still has questions after he has read and understood them all that you will refer him to a few more. Apologize on the grounds that it might be tough going for him to comprehend it all as some of the material is written for people he may consider to be more intelligent than himself.

That part I agree with. The rest is rubbish.

The jerk probably spams countless atheist Myspace/Facebook pages and blogs with that vague, taunting swill hoping to get a rise out of people. It's crap, nothing more.
