I was talking about this with my mother and she and I both agree that in these situations, the bully or bullies could be charged with involuntary manslaughter if they're identified.

Yes I do! I was bullied and sometimes they still find me. There's a group on this site - I have posted many discussions about bullying. I actually just dealt with a bully.

Hell yes I do. I liken bullying a person unto physically pushing them. A person can only take it so long until they either 1) Hit Back or 2) Snap and begin to hit themselves.

What really ticks me off about the response to bullying is that people want to make it seem like someone is putting a sandwhich in their chair. It isn't like that. You can't just turn off your social life(be it real or online), contiually change your phone number, or "tough it out". Something has to change. And honestly, the parents need to be at least slapped upside the head for being such a-holes themselves...and of course raising little monsters.
