Comment by Ficking Chucken on March 24, 2012 at 1:44pm I am wearing my Reason Rally sweatshirt this morning (Still morning here in AK). As I mentioned in a previous post I expected to be grilled by my mother and I was. What was amazing was her total agreement that religion is playing a greater role in politics than it should be. She is supportive of the Rally. Hmm...can't say that I expected that. Maybe she is coming to understand her son's atheism.
Comment by Ficking Chucken on March 24, 2012 at 1:33pm On CNN they just mentioned and highlighted the fact that there are several demonstrationsRallies going on in Washington (and elsewhere) but not a single mention of The Reason Rally.CSPAN was live streaming the Tea party's Health care repeal rally.Atheists still second class citizens. More people should have shown up. Number one rule in organizing... Nothing draws a crowd like a crowd.
Comment by Loren Miller on March 24, 2012 at 1:30pm I can confirm that, Chucken. We aren't getting diddly for coverage that I can see.
Comment by Ficking Chucken on March 24, 2012 at 1:28pm On the way here to A/N I browsed by the major headlines news sites and found only one news article on the Reason Rally and it was well hidden on MSN. I have checked what cable news programs I receive (HLN, CSPAN, CNN) since I arose and so far not so much as a fact crawler across the bottom. Where can I find a decent livestream?
