Comment by Loren Miller on November 24, 2011 at 10:28am Not that long ago, I heard this referred to as the "tyranny of the majority." The "right to discriminate"?!? [sigh] It seems as though we almost have to spell out the issues of rights and responsibilities concurrent with those rights in boldface before people will get it.
People may have a right to believe as they please, but when the exercise of that right transgresses on another who may not share that belief, a border has been crossed. The sad fact is that there are christians out there who either don't get that little nuance or don't want to.
