Porn vs. The Bible

"A group of atheist college students at the University of Texas San Antonio are causing a stir with their “Smut For Smut” campaign, an initiative to offer pornographic magazines in exchange for bibles.
The atheist agenda program is using the campaign to show that porn is “no worse” than what’s written in religious texts.

I know this is sort of old news, but I just read it. I'm happy to see that colleges are allowing free thought onto their campuses. Our youth is becoming less religious, and therefore, in order for them to be comforted and understood, campuses need more of this. Porn is really NO WORSE than Bibles... in fact... porn is probably better than Bibles because at least it provides some sort of physical need that is proven and satisfying... Bibles take control of your whole life without ever being able to prove that anything it says is true.

I agree with Will; porn is better than most holy books because it doesn't demand that you agree with the moral teachings of the porn mag under threat of death. It doesn't say, "this is the one true position!" it just says, "here's some porn - enjoy" ;)
