I forgot to take the LB media from the autoclave last night. When I arrived today it was dark amber and each flask had lost ~100mL to evaporation. Is my media burnt and has to be discarded, or can I reconstitute it adding autoclaved water?

She has a Huge head tumor. the tumor covers a large part of her right side of the face. I doubt she has any eye function on that side. My protein, a dark, evil mistress from hell, refused to fold on command like her nicely behaving homologous sister. A year into assaying folding and buffer conditions with only slight improvement, I went the mutagenesis route.
