Alright, so either there is a god or there isn't. If there is a god, he has set characteristics. But it IS black-or-white. What pissed me off is when people act like belief is an opinion. "You must respect all opinions about the afterlife and gods". Opinion? How is believing a fairy tale an opinion? If God exists, how is believing that 2 and 2 make 4 an opinion? A man was playing soccer. He tripped and hit his head. When he got up he knew only his language. He saw two men arguing.

"What do you mean, heirs of ANY caliph can be a successor of Muhammad?"

"They were trained the same, were they not? Does it matter if they share blood?"

The man thought for a second.

How many times have you heard that? Too many, I assume. I've heard it (or a variation) so many times that I haven't even thought about what it means, until now.



Let me dissect this.

My...beliefs? I am an atheist, I don't have beliefs. An atheist by definition lacks beliefs. So you'll respect my non-existent beliefs if I respect yours? Hmm...
