With Thanksgiving behind us, (& its glorification of overeating), we're officially into the Christmas season with its emphasis on overconsumption and the supposed birth of a god's son.  What a waste of time and money, especially considering all the pressing planetary problems.  Ho ho, I wish it were all over.
