Bigotry Against Atheists, From an Atheist.

This weekend I had a conversation with an Atheist at an informal local meetup that upset me and made me angry. The more I think about it, the angrier I got. What was said boiled down to an assertion that Atheists are hate-filled bigots. Funny thing, if a religious person had said it I wouldn’t be angry.

Mitt Romney -- "The Faith of My Fathers" - Part I

This post is the first installment of a three-part series examining the question: Is it fair to question Mitt Romney's Mormonism?

“[T]he kingdom of God... is to be a POLITICAL INSTITUTION THAT SHALL HOLD SWAY OVER ALL THE EARTH; TO WHICH ALL OTHER GOVERNMENTS WILL BE SUBORDINATE AND BY WHICH THEY WILL BE DOMINATED.” B. H Roberts, The Rise and Fall of Nauvoo, 1900, p. 180 …
