Honestly, I have been spending too much time on facebook, and only recently have I started seriously reading again. I find it easier to spend time reading with actual books than with that kindle thing, and I am almost glad I lost it last week. I've gotten through two books since then.

Two of my sisters, including she of the Salt Lamp, went on a retreat to a convent in a resort town nearby. One of the two is a true believer - she once told me that she believed in revelation - and the other is Salt Lamp (Sally, for short.)

I get my car back today, then go to lab to have blood drawn... then to general practitioner's.

Tomorrow, 8:30 a.m. appointment with cardiologist.

Next day, wound surgeon.

If all goes well, and I fell up to it, then next week I will start subbing.

I was going to attempt keeping up my blog here on the Nexus, but then I wound up in the hospital for a month, and am just getting around to it. Still out of work, and need to get on the ball soon. Of course, once I am back to work, I will probably not be able to keep up with the Nexus.

For the record, I had some heart surgery, but now I'm fine, basically.

Agnostics are to Atheists what Bi-sexuals are to gays. Yes, many of them exist (and deserve our respect,) but for more of them it is merely a phase.

It has probably been months since I looked at my Nexus page. I do check Ivy's humor page almost daily, mostly because I get email notifications of posts on that page. I never get (m)any posts or messages on my page, so I tend to foget it's there.
