It is hard to find time to write while touring beautiful Ireland. Many photos and stories that will need to wait for a later time. While the weather has not cooperated - rain almost all the time every day - it cannot hide the beauty of Ireland and its people. We spent two wonderful days with John and Mary Buckley in the Shannon area. John is an excellent tour guide and his Scotch is first class. Wonderful conversation each evening.

Had a great crowd at Science Gallery (in Dublin Ireland) last night to
talk about The God
Virus. It was well organized with a beautiful facility. We "shared a
pint or two" at a local pub after wards. It seemed a proper Irish thing
to do. I talk to Atheist Ireland tomorrow (Saturday).

Well, Lake Hypatia turned out to be as good or better than I ever expected. An amazingly beautiful setting with some of the most interesting people you will ever meet. Not sure how many people came, since many from Birmingham came and went throughout the weekend but it looked like 100 or more. The highlight Friday was the softball game where my team got the other team to surrender after 2 1/2 innings! Of course they were ahead 16-9, but we scared them and wore them down so much they cried…
