My son, Sam, received an award yesterday at an Academic Awards Breakfast in high school. Very proud! It's funny. When they are in kindergarten and see parents in the audience, their hands are waving as high as they can go. As the years go by, their waves go lower and lower till one day they are waving from down by their knees. lol teenagers! lol Still, these are the moments that make this wonderful life worth living.

As many times before, I have to focus on getting healthier. Seems like 95% of ALL the that needs done can be addressed by simply eating healthfully, exercising, and getting quality sleep most days/nites. Sounds so simple yet has been difficult for me to accomplish. Perhaps this tool will help me to accomplish my goals.
