Just as annoying on national radio

I often come to the site and nit pick, point out fallacy, and am the ever present skeptic. It can be annoying, I know, but I cant help it...and yesterday when I heard the CBC claim that Jupiter's lost belt would be around 150,000 KM long, I just couldnt sit idly by without response. I know how it started

I’ve always wondered, “When did humans realize they were mortal?”

Were we Australopithecus? Homo erectus? Or did we have to wait until we were fully Homo sapiens?

Think about it: the story of Noah and the flood.

Why do atheists have a problem accepting the bible as the word of God? I think one example is the story of Noah and the flood. Now I am not a big reader of the bible. I know for some atheists reading the bible was the catalyst that drove them to nonbelief. I am not as familiar with the bible as most so if I misunderstand the story of Noah feel free to correct me.
