An insight on why I criticize Religion, and anything that's associated with it.

I don't agree to religion. It proves to be a great hindrance for anyone who would like to make strides in progressing forward.

If you think that you need to belief in a deity and a constructed set of beliefs passed down from history to pave you a path for self-control, then you're one of those people very frail of mind...something that you straight-away deny from the very start.

Religion can and will be criticized for any problems and wrongs that it contains. To consider it as…

The historicity of Islam and Muhammad.

Ibn warraq says that the historicity of Muhammad is doubtful :

  • Although the unreliability of the Arabic literary sources has been known for a century, only recently have scholars begun to explore its full implications, thanks largely to the ground-breaking work of the American scholar John Wansbrough.…

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper says "Islamicism biggest threat to Canada" & Tony Blair says "Iran is our Real Enemy"

It is refreshing to see that our northern border ally has too come to see the true threat facing humanity in the 21st century. It is also refreshing to see the visionary and bold former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom taking a clear stance against the illegal regime of the Islamic Republic - especially since he has strong influence with the Quartet - I am feeling more and more confident that the international community will soon stand more firmly with the Syrian people…

Chapter Eight; WRAPPING UP THE TOP TEAMS part thirty-four

The fourth largest group of adherents are the Hindu. Most of these adherents are from the India and Asian subcontinent. I have a visited a lot of hotels around the country and it seems like most of the Indian Hindu run these hotels. Oddly enough they all seem to have the last name “Patel”. I am not sure what it is about their religion or culture that attracts them to the hotel business but they do, indeed, seem to have an attraction for it.

After the Hindu, the rest of the World's… Continue

Chapter Eight; THE BEST TEAM IN THE WORLD part thirty-two

Without a doubt Christianity is the largest team in the world. God has so blessed this religion that it can now be represented by hundreds of dogmatic denominations. Spanning from The Russian Orthodox Church to Shakers to Jehovah Witness to Episcopal to Westboro Baptist Church and all the variation in between. According to the…

Informed is Forewarned: Read the Quran.

I’m almost half-way through my second reading of the Quran and find myself wondering what it would take to make Westerners understand Islamic ideology. I could explain how Islam is a religious, legal and political framework for life . . . but others have already written books about that. So I decided I’ll just frame the problem of Islam as briefly as I can and let the reader consult the Quran if they doubt me. If this leads to just one person reading the Quran, then I’ve accomplished… Continue

From Ali Sina: The Problem is Islam, not Muslims

I just ran across this essay from the eminent ex-Muslim, Ali Sina: the founder of FaithFreedom International. It expresses my own feelings on the subject better than I could. Note: I edited the essay for grammatical errors (Ali Sina is an Iranian and English is his second language).

The Problem is Islam, not Muslims

The 'one-way wall' theory of chruch, state separation

Hey AN: I know you've all read enough about blasphemy day, but consider this post the transition from that back into church/state issues. Please visit me at Good Reason News too and leave a comment if you like. Thanks.

By now, anyone reading this site should be familiar with… Continue

The God(s) of Abraham?

So, who is the god of Abraham? Is it Yahweh, God, or Allah? Or, are they all simply one in the same?

It depends on how you define things. The Christian god is supposed to be the same god as Allah, but obviously you can’t actively believe they are all one in the same. Why? Because of the differences of laws, beliefs, and the judgments those gods are involved in. A Christian is not going to look at the things attributed to Allah, such as the prophet Muhammad and the insistence that… Continue

Epilepsy: The Origin of Islam

Has a major branch of history been determined by one man's bout with epilepsy? I think so!

Epilepsy Toronto has, on its web page, a list of famous people who have had epilepsy. The idea of the list is that epilepsy doesn't need to stand in the way of achievement. On that list - along with such luminaries as Fyodor Dostoevsky, Joan of Arc, Napoleon and Newton - was Muhammad. Well, you guessed it . . . the incendiary email this organization received from indignant Muslims, prompted… Continue
