"The gospel is deeply serious while Judge Walker's decision is a jumbled mess of sloppy thinking." (That's funny; I would have said the exact opposite.)

As most people who follow the news likely know, California's Proposition 8 (the ban against same-sex marriage in that state) was just overturned last week in federal court. Which Constitution has the last say? A States or the US?

n the last week, California has seen two violations of human rights. The first being the California Supreme Court upholding Prop 8, and the other in San Diego County where a families right to assemble for a bible study has been violated. (I know Im shocked I am defending them too.. but they have that right)

So here is my question... Which Constitution has the last say? A States Constitution? or the US Constitution?

Today we vote...our founders' middle finger to religion.

Um... Don't you guys have a rule about not lying?

Today I saw some lawn signs down at the local megachurch that said "Proposition 8 = Free Speech". As you should know if you're a Californian, Prop 8 seeks to make same-sex marriage illegal in California.
