"Gut Feeling" or "Intuition" is a well developed open-minded connection with one's subconscious, the "God" experience

I don't believe that "Gut Feeling" is exclusively highly developed among persons without a formal education in science. There are many examples of self-educated persons who have a highly developed sense of direction that is not consciously derived.  In fact, I think a person educated in science, who is also a free thinker, will have an even higher developed and more sharpened "Gut Feeling".  The label may be the more eloquent "Intuition" or "ESP".  In the same way that you may describe an…See More

"in the limit", Evolution explains everything

Posted on April 3, 2013 at 12:38am 0 Comments

In mathematics, there is the expression "In the limit", meaning when approaching infinity. It is Human Nature to expect everything to have limits. We live in what appears to be a finite world... "As far as we can see". The world looks flat until you go high enough to see the curvature or notice objects sinking below the horizon as they recede.

It is difficult, even impossible for Human Nature to comprehend that some things may not have a beginning or an end. We have even theorized a… Continue

All Human Utopias are doomed to fail their purpose, including organized religions

Posted on April 2, 2013 at 11:30pm 0 Comments

All Human Utopias are doomed to fail. Human Utopias are defined as only including the "Good" parts of Human Nature and Excluding the "Bad" parts of Human Nature. However, history has shown you cannot bet against Human Nature retaking its full expression in "Good" AND "Bad". Don't ever bet against Human Nature. You cannot win. Bet ON Human Nature to overcome all attempts to contain or distort it.

Organized religions are Human Utopias for their members. Look under the hood, and wait… Continue

I disagree with

Human Nature requires a belief in something that has intelligence controlling our experiences

paul, needing something greater controlling your experinece is a symptom of having internalized Dominator Culture, it's not universal. Dominator culture is inherently hierarchical. Consider Partnership Culture as a healthier alternative. It's egalitarian and order arises from cooperation rather than coercive control. See the comparison on this page for more information.
