doubtingED has not received any gifts yet
Ruth Anthony-Gardner said… Greetings, doubtingED! I notice you haven't been active at Atheist Nexus lately. <sigh> Sometimes it can seem a bit fragmented, with different groups for every interest. Please consider a group for socializing, where we talk about whatever's on our minds, Hang With Friends. :D You might feel more at home.

I had already spent 3 days giving testimony ON TAPE. The Super't even had those tapes transcribed which he did not enter into evidence and kept from the School Board members. It took me three days to explain and answer everything. My board termination hearing offered me 2 nites or 6 hours to tesitify.
My lawyer and I the sham and I refused to take the tsand and offered my taped testimony which they didnt know about then they took a vote and it was all over. I won in DCS and Employment Court as they state of tn defended me in court and said I was fired without reason.
All the appeals court looked at was to make sure the board had followed policy. They would not look at any of the evidence.
Tn school boards are allowed to use rumor, hearsay and innuendo to fire someone. Those3 things are not allowed in a court of law. All the appeals court did was make sure they followed the law. The law unfortunatly allowed 9 ppl who no more than a HS eductaion to fire me using rumors hearsay and innuendo.
So for me the fight is over and I'm trying to get on to the other side and see what life has to offer. I plan on moving from Tn as soon as I can save enough money. Thanks for your interest.
