The current National Geographic magazine reports that less than two per cent of the world's population has natural red hair, created by a mutation in northern Europe thousands of years ago.

Global intermingling, which broadens the availability of possible partners, has reduced the chances of redheads meeting and producing little redheads of their own.

It takes only… Continue

Everything's good with me.

Yeah, I reckon that I know how that feels!

Yeah, I am currently suffering from a real lack of focus and motivation - getting back into a routine and (more importantly) would be good, as would actually being engaged in something productive. The money would be helpful, too. Very helpful.

Glasgow does sound like it should be good. I hope it all works out.

Yeah, it certainly is a long time to be waiting. Ah well.

Moving to Glasgow sounds cool. When are you going to be doing that?
Personally I've been doing more than enough 'chilling out recently' and would really like to have something to do!

Hi there! Well, I still don't have a definitive answer about that job, and I've not yet had any success finding anything else.

How are you getting on?

Well good luck, I hope it works out. Would that PhD be at Glasgow as well?

Certainly makes sense. I imagine you want to get onto a PhD as soon as you can, so that you can get on with your life at some point....

That does seem a little harsh, getting turned down for voluntary work!

Glasgow is a great place, you're right there's lot's to do there. What's the course, and which of the several universities?

Thanks for wishing me luck. I'm not into surfing (suppose I could give it a shot) but the SCUBA diving around there (and the Orkney Islands) is pretty good. We'll see how it goes!
