Patricia said… Most of our TV is from the US so I know how they say things & how many words are different from the Canadian pronunciation. We do get the odd Aussie TV program here so I watch them as well when available. I've put a shortcut to your site on my desktop to go read whenever.
Xanthe, thanks for adding me as a friend.

I'll go back and do some serious reading when my sister isn't in the room. (Mother left the house to both of us <shrug>)
sk8eycat said… Thanks for the invite. I did not create "Lord of the Rungs;" I saw it on the Cheezburger LOLcats site, and fell out of my chair laughing. (Especially since our not-too-bright pool service guy is a Moron Mormon, and I was imagining the look on his face if he ever saw it.)
BTW I think my 66 year-old sister has Asperger's, but there is no way on earth to get her diagnosed. She's also a Jhoover's Witless, and they don't believe in stuff like neuropsychiatry...afraid it might disabuse them of their religious fantasies I think. She was NOT raised in that "faith;" she chose it when she was in her early 20s...probably because it suited her. At least she knows better than to try to convert me...and it keeps her off the streets.
Heh!
