Les White is one of my dearest friends, as are Kim MacDonald and Dave Rutledge, Nancy Dixon and Bill Lavender, Susan Krantz, Kris Lackey, Kevin Marti, John Cooke, and Stephany Lyman. I haven't spoken to a few of them in awhile, but they're always in the pipeline. You might enjoy the Parkview Tavern on Carrollton (if you imbibe at all) - some of the English dept. meet there on Friday evenings. Anyway, good luck with the MFA.
