The last thing that made me laugh was the parting statement made by this ancient old, fossilized AA member who qualified in a meeting last night. The last thing he was, looking out at the room of about seventy-five folks: "Die, you bastards, but don't you dare pick up a drink!"
I'm not a big fan of that "old time AA" if there is even such a thing, but, well, it just cracked me up the way he put that. I got the message.
Alrighty, have a good day, graduate. And, toss your pointy hat way up high at the ceremony, the higher up the more money you make.
