"One major problem I've encountered with many, many online feminists: It's next to impossible to disagree with them in debate without sustaining vitriolic personal attacks and strawmanning."

"There have been many improvements over the years because of the feminist movement. One of the most important factors is that some women have stopped thinking in dependent, passive, subordinate terms. Many women can now speak their minds, take risks,…"

"There is some wackaloonery in feminism (or call themselves feminists), though I suspect  these are the outliers. One area that this is common is to confuse equal rights with the belief that men and women are essentially identical. (This may be…"

I am exhausted,  you are so relentless.....I have spent the entire  day  answering  you.....This could go on forever,  can't we just agree to disagree?    It seems  like  there will be no winner here......In the future.,if we ever  agree on something, you would  be a great  partner...As  an opponent.  you  are a real  challenge....Not sure  why  but  I like you for your  feistiness....I can't  help but admire  your  drive......Peace Out

Welcome, Travis! Glad you could join us. :D

Please consider joining a group to meet people and talk about anything that's on your mind, Hang With Friends. You might also like Loners and Introverts.

I also recommend Eco-Logical and Climate Concerns, since the climate is changing so drastically. Texas is especially vulnerable.

After you've searched for topics of interest in "Groups" above and in the "Forums", don't forget to look at recent activity which hides along the right margin of the page all the way at the bottom.

On a personal note, I've developed an animated gif technique, sort of “pull quote marries slideshow”. Samples are scattered across various groups, but you can find them easily by going to my twitter account. Each tweet has a link (after the description and before the hashtags) to a visually rich example here at Atheist Nexus. If you like them, please follow me
