Odder, Jutland, Denmark.
Odder is a small market town. Jutland is a peninsula that has a land border with northern Germany and is a part of Denmark.
A small town suits me somehow. I was born and grew up in the country then lived in London fro 10 years, during the glory days of Punk. Now I've found a compromise.
What's life like where you live?

Hi Taniya.
I'm well apart from a cold, thank you.
In my distant youth I was a fan of Ursula K. LeGuinn. She's a Sci-Fi writer who uses the genre as a way of comparing societies and norms. Very thought provoking. If you don't know her novels, then I can recommend "The Dispossesed" "The Left Hand of Darkness" and "The Word for World is Forest". She's probably written a lot more since then but as I now live outside the English-speaking world, I don't keep up with things as well as I did.
Peace, love and understanding.
Ian

I agree with your sentiments by the way. International solidarity is the future.

Hi. Our town's names sound similar and we seem to be sisters on the inside; plus, we both write because we have to. Want to be friends?

You have an amazing mind. I could only hope for my children to grow up with such brilliance.
