- Atheist in the Tampa Bay area. Raised a Lutheran though my parents were not regular church goers and I'm pretty sure my Dad's an atheist. My Mom is Jehovah's Witness. Started questioning things in Sunday school and really started questioning things when I came out as a gay man. I'm a "whatever floats your boat" kind of person but I abhor discrimination of all kinds. My partner is a theist but we put up with each other on the religion thing. LOL!

Stella said… - I think the idea of reuniting with your deceased loved ones is the most attractive aspect of religion so can't fault your partner there. I'd like to believe that too.
We've no fish on our cars or Lord's supper stuff but plenty of prayer and guilt. My partner is not a believer in organized religion but too superstitious to claim atheism.
