A new South Jersey Humanist group has just organized. I know many of the members since many attend my UUA church. Their first meeting was last Saturday but I had to miss it. Hi Stella...thanks for the note. My partner lost his mother and they were very close. I think the thought of never seeing her again upsets him too much. He has the fish on his car and we have a plate of the Last Supper in the kitchen...I'm ok with it...we atheists can be very tolerant of others...hehe!

Hi. You are my 2nd friend in this forum. I'm new.

I'm just finishing up "The God Delusion" soon and moving on to "The Bible According to Mark Twain"! I'm usually simultaneously reading one fiction and one non-fiction book because I have so many I want to read. I'm always scribbling down books I hear about in a little spiral notebook. This time of year is the best time to catch up on my reading. What are you reading...anything I should scribble down??
