State of Protest replied to michael oliver's discussion 'DNA offensive' in the group Atheist News
This was not in response to Susan Stanko's comment. This was in response to someone else who apparently removed all of his comments after my reply to his not so subtle suggestion that my satire might be considered "fraud." I'm…

Your Bullshit Meter is working well. Kudos. Hope the underlying issue still makes some sort of impact, or at least brings up some deep thinking and analysis. (Oh, and I got burned a few times before, myself, and it's one of my missions now to…

The Skepticism is Strong in This One. (btw, it's satire) The ultimate questions are: Do people reacting to the anti-DNA situation act the same way for the anti-abstract nude sculptures situation? If not, why not? What's the difference?…

I support the FFRF's message, and wrote a letter to Governor Gregoire praising her for her stance. Ideally, I would like no religious or philosophical items at all, but if there is to be a crèche, we should be able to posit our worldview. I think we should have a secular civic holiday called Yule, with a Yuletree at the statehouse and on public property; but I guess we still have some work to do, even here in the least religious state in the union.
