Skylar is a paid architect of ideas and designer of data systems. She writes code and knows many languages - which makes her part monkey. She is a usually unpaid poet, lecturer and an artist and an armchair everything else - philosophy student, writer, psychologist, and recently - a|n addict.
Skylar likes to dance, swim, practice pool-slugism, thow objects at, near or into other objects (as in bowling, tossing bean bags, b-ball, volleyball, etc.) and is an enthusiastic and extremely untalented juggler. She loves to play outside, but is most decidedly a city girl. She likes to visit unkempt nature, assuming that bug repellent is part of the equation and the terrain is appropriate for high heels.
She is also an atheist living in the home of the world's largest evangelical university. She is lonely. She is devastatingly human, conscientiously mortal and inherently fragile.
Oh, and she hates talking about herself. Someday she would like to be involved in community theatre so that she can pretend to be someone else. For now, though, she will keep her head down and practice killing more plants in her theoretical garden.
