Hey, just got a chance to watch the "Killing Fields" video you posted in Environmental Atheists. How truly sad that is, but I am not in the least bit surprised. It is always the most helpless peoples who suffer from the greed of big business. I'm also not surprised that Monsanto and Cargill are involved in such practices. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the book writing offer. I will have to decline as
a) it's not my area of expertise and
b) I am in the process of writing a chapter for a book within my area of expertise (= clinical neuropsychology).

Do you mean that you hate acquisitiveness or consumerism? My first thought when I looked at the above was, "Why hate materialism? I figured that most people who deny the existence of the supernatural would embrace materialism." Then I realized that you probably didn't mean metaphysical materialism- LOL
