How can people say they are atheists and still believe in stupid pseudoscience?

Episodes of Exploring Psychic Powers Live

Posted on September 3, 2011 at 10:58am 0 Comments

Does anyone know where I can find episodes of 'Exploring Psychic Powers Live' by James Randi?

They used to be on Google Video but lately I could not find them. Also any other TV series about skepticism would help just as well.

Thanks,

Shashank.

What is it called? Evolutionary Psychology or Sociobiology?

I am thinking of the branch of biology in which we study how organisms influence each others lives. I think it is sometimes called Evolutionary Psychology or Sociobiology, but is there a better term? A questions for all the Dawkins's out here :)

I became an atheist at the age of 10 or 11. I came to the conclusion with my school boy knowledge of science! You don't need a high level of education or extensive knowledge to come to this conclusion. Rest of the work came later as I grew up. I had to do things supposedly being done by supernatural powers to debunk them etc. By the age of 26 I had started an organisation in my home town, Mangalore.
In the year 2006 I resigned my job and became a full time worker of the movement.

Welcome to this splendid site and its thousands of bright people like you who recognise religion for the fraud that it is, and that God and gods are merely fictions inside unlucky people's brains.
