FM2030, the guy who made transhumanism popular for his 15 minutes of fame. He was Persian, and made lots of predictions about the future. But his predictions were not based on magic. His predictions were made by looking at how the past had changed up until the present and then thinking about the next logical change that will occur in regards to a specific human experience.
I just read an interesting book written by him called 'Identity card', written in 1965. After reading it, I felt that Iran hasn't changed at all, even with the revolution.
Sorry, I'm not Persian, but Australian. I lived in Iran for a year, 2009. Went to Tehran university to study Farsi.
