"I guess my experience may be unique, who knows? Out of the people that come to my house and actually enter the snake room, I definitely see more women and children wanting to touch or hold them. Some of the guys do, mostly just to get a picture…"

"As a python breeder, I don't necessarily agree that women are more afraid of snakes than men. In my personal experience, women tend to keep a cooler head around reptiles and amphibians in general, really.
