I agree with Kristy that it's better to write letters to newspapers than make (what I take to be) nasty comment to the people on the Parliament of the World's Religions' page on Facebook. This is an opportunity to make a political…

Annoyed by naive, know-all theists who waste my time on Facebook.
I have his book, The Freedom Paradox: Towards a Post-Secular Ethics, but have not got around to reading it yet. Other than that I know nothing of him. Will have a browse through his website.
Opinions please. I am disconcerted to see this man - whom I consider to be an authoritarian, puritanical moralist - standing for the Greens as their candidate in the Higgins by-election.Perhaps I'm being unfair to him: I have only read his opinion pieces, not his books. Still, those should convey his views. In particular he supports censorship of the internet. He advocates a post-secular morality. Anyone more familiar with his work than I am? Should we do more (I've been doing a small amount)…See More

Hi there Russell,
I have just read 50 Voices - an excellent book! Worthy contributions. I was wondering if you knew of any literary agents that would be interested in atheistic writing. I have completed a book on free will aimed at the intelligent layman, explaining the playing field, how it interacts with religion and foreknowledge, and where society goes within a potentially deterministic framework. Would you have any hints for agents or publishers?
Cheers

Hi Russell,
Wanted to tell you I really love 50 Voices of Disbelief. I am consuming it slowly. I like to read one when I'm feeling outnumbered if you know what I mean. I also saw you at the AAI convention in Burbank last October. Thank you for your contributions to this cause and community.
Hi Russell, great speech at the AAI Convention. I'm glad you made the trip. I wish I could go to the convention in Melbourne next March but unfortunately I don't think it's going to happen.
Hey Russell....Debbie here...back in San Diego. Please travel safely back home, and good luck with your book! I look forward to having a copy of my very own.
Congratulations. Warren and I are discovering that editing is not the 'breeze' we thought it might have been. ;-)

G'day Russell, I enjoyed your presentation at the Problem of Evil forum at UniMelb the other day. Pity the forum was only for an hour. Seemed like the speakers were just getting warmed up in the post-presentation discussion when it had to end.
