"Preacher Buddy! He kept talking so he wouldn't have to answer questions that were hard. The guy with the fail shirt was a genetic biologist who kept telling Buddy to stay away from science because he didn't understand it. Buddy just…"

Robert Grimm replied to Michelle's discussion Please help with "History Series" in the group TARDIS
"That's a lot to fit on two discs. I think you have some missing. I have the complete Doctor Who on my computer. That season is 9.56GB. There are 39 episodes total. Only 2 are missing. That comes out to about 14 hours assuming the typical 22…"

"You're watching them out of order. Susan left at the end of the second story of the second season. There are 7 more stories in that season. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Doctor_Who_serials"

"I've always liked writers who aren't afraid to kill off major characters. I liked it when the characters on Torchwood died. The more I liked the characters, the better I liked their deaths."

Robert Grimm commented on Leslee Love's group TARDIS
"I used to think she was a Time Lord. Being able to read and write their language and pilot the Tardis are points in favor of that. I'm not so sure now. She would have to be doing something to The Doctor's perception for him to not notice.…"

Robert Grimm commented on Leslee Love's group TARDIS
"Ace, the last companion of the classic series? River Song? That doesn't seem at all likely. She was human, so she couldn't change her appearance that much. The Doctor would have recognized her. I also never got the impression that she was…"

Robert Grimm commented on Leslee Love's group TARDIS
"I like tragedies, so the idea of Amy and Rory both being dead appeals to me. I doubt that can happen, though. If the Tardis can explode and come back, which obviously will happen, then they can come back from the dead. River can't be dead…"

Robert Grimm replied to Leslee Love's discussion For those who have seen The Eleventh Hour: in the group TARDIS
"Best introductory episode of a new Doctor ever. I like Matt and Karen. I could see her displacing Martha as my favorite companion. I like the new credit sequence, but I'm not so sure about the new version of the theme song. I liked the last one…"

"I think the word is embiggened. It comes from the same Simpsons episode that gives us the word cromulent. "A noble spirit embiggens the smallest man." "It (embiggens) is a perfectly cromulent word.""

"I just passed a milestone in my attempt to watch Doctor Who in order from the beginning. Susan just left the Tardis. I've seen episodes from the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 9th, and 10th Doctors and the 8th Doctor's movie. So far, William Hartnell…"

"I keep seeing news stories about some place called Davos. I always read it as Davros. I think the World Economic Forum will be exterminated by Daleks. Is it just coincidence that they found NeanderTHAL skeletons in the area?"

Robert Grimm replied to Euan Mcintosh's discussion Death Penalty in the group Chariots of Iron
"In theory, I like the concept of the death penalty for removing people from society that we can't afford to have running around loose. Theoretically, I would like the death penalty to replace life in prison and to be expanded to cover a wider…"

About Me
I was raised in an assortment of church denominations. Something always seemed wrong about all of it, but I believed. Over a period of a few years, I went from christian to deist to atheist. I have to thank Richard Dawkins for helping me to recognize that I was an atheist a year or so after I became one.

I'm far less involved in atheist groups, both in meatspace and cyberspace than I'd like to be.
