Why I Don't Believe in Karma

First off, I'd like to say "hi" and I'm new at this blogging business. So I apologize in advance for typos and grammatical errors!! haha Second, I just wanted to say that I'm not an expert in any field. Any posts or blogs made by me are simply observations or thoughts I have floatin' around in my noggin. ^_^ I'm just finally glad I have a place that I can blog and express my thoughts without worrying about pissing off my FB friends (or family)... Okay, now that that's out of the way..I'm not…See More

I don't know Haley Barbour. I just watched a YouTube where he apologized to the Freedom Riders, which is nice, and he called himself a "fat redneck" on another video. Eh, it's almost midnight so I'd better quit sitting here.

From the few comments I've gotten from people visiting my city, they've always said the same thing: People here a "cliquey", if that's a word. It reminds me of an old Saturday Night Live skit...

"We're white folks, we're extremely white. We walk around with our butts real tight".

But that's changing.

Lots of churches with "quietly condescending" members.

Welcome Atheist #10! Atheist in Mississippi? I thought I had it bad in Wisconsin, but I can't imagine being in the bible belt. Of course, with Scott Walker as our new governor, It's not getting any better up here!
