Yep vegan-ism IS awesome :D:D. glad to meet a fellow "vegan-atheist." Great to hear you're a bartender, I have a healthy drinking appetite ;). yes, I was raised in an extremely religious family. Ultra-conservative, far right-wing religious nutjobs. Dont get me wrong, they're wonderful people, just hate their philosophy. I've been practically forced to go to church every sunday as well as several times during the week, it was a hell-hole. However, I am not an atheist because of all that; I'm an atheist because..well, I THINK. Great to meet you Rachelle, drop by my page and blogs when you can :)

My apologies for checking the Nexus rather intermittently. I accepted your friend request from 9 days ago, and will attempt to log on more diligently than I have been. Thanks for your thoughts on my post, and until then!

I can see that you are highly energetic. I think it is a good idea that you are going back to school because you can burn off some of your energy that way while helping yourself a lot in the process. Nurses make a lot of money and there is a great demand for them. If you like that profession you should go for it.

I am spread pretty thinly. I don't have the time to address all of your questions. However, I am happy to be your friend and would like to inspire you to focus on schooling and family. I think this is what will do you the most good. Notice that people who are not in professions that require academic qualifications are eventually replaced by younger ones and find it more and more difficult to get and keep jobs.

I agree with your respect for both people and animals, your dedication to free thought, that you do not want religion forced on you, that you want secularism in health care and government and that you would like to see worship exposed for morally undesirable thing that it is.
