""White Wine in the Sun" by Tim Minchin is a is a good one. its about being with the family and it highlights being an atheist an liking the a holiday that people who are Christian can be mean and pushy about."

Oh wow.  You de-converted in the middle of a fundamentalist Christian college?  Yeah, that must have sucked.

I have the feeling that my father did the same thing.  He was in seminary to become a Catholic priest ... and then he mysteriously dropped out.  I have no confirming evidence, but it sounds like many others who were studying to become priests or ministers, and learned too much, in seminary.

Hello Rachel and welcome to this great meeting place with its many thousands of freethinking atheist friends. And how tragic it is that women and minorities have been oppressed these last two thousand years and longer by religious patriarchal societies.
