Atheist Ireland is an advocacy group for a rational, ethical and secular society free from superstition and supernaturalism. We're currently campaigning for a secular irish constitution and education system.See More
Think about your own worldview to decide if it is free of supernatural or mystical deities, forces, and entities. If you decide that you fit the description above, then you are, by definition, a bright!
Social Worker in the U.K. before travelling Asia and teaching English abroad for the past 6 years. Returned to Donegal, Ireland, last year. About to embark upon a protest walk through the entire length of Ireland this May (2010.) I'm protesting against Ireland's absurd new Blasphemy Law (punishable with a fine of €25,000 for this victimless crime!) Hope to meet fellow atheists and secularists along the way! Please show your support.

Hi Paul, could you sign my petition for a secular education system as I am trying to get it off the ground. If you could join the group on facebook and spread the word http://www.secularpetition.com. The facebook group is Petition for a secular irish education system. Thanks for your help. Cyril
Hello and welcome to this great meeting place where everyone recognises religion for the superstition and fraud that it is --- and that God and gods are merely fictions inside human heads.
We wish you all the best for your great walk.
With all due respect I've no idea why someone who knows nothing about me would want to add me as a friend. I accepted anyway this being an atheist website and all.
I don't actually believe in the concept of friends and enemies. I believe more in the concept of complementary self interest in opposition to opposing self interests. If your own self interest moves you to actively oppose organised religionism then I'm your "friend". If you actively promote and perpetuated organised religionism then I'm your enemy.
