Hi Pam! I'm Kris - I host the Aussie/Kiwi group here on Nexus. I'm also the media and communications consultant for the forthcoming "Rise of Atheism" Global Atheist Convention to be held in Melbourne in March 2010. The Convention is being organized jointly by Atheist Alliance International and the Atheist Foundation of Australia.

I wonder if you could let your members know that tickets for the convention are now available online at the Convention website. We are expecting nearly 3,000 delegates, so this convention is going to be huge.

Confirmed speakers include: Richard Dawkins, AC Grayling, PZ Myers, Dan Barker, Peter Singer, Taslima Nasrin and many more.

Anything you can do to help us get the word out would be greatly appreciated. Delete Comment

Hi Pam. Nice to see you on the Psych list.

I took a look at your blog and artwork. I noticed the origami style box at the end of the latter. If you like making origami boxes you may like to try some of my patterns. See

Hi Pam,
Thanks for joining the group Godless in the Garden! I often browse blogs from English gardeners musing about their alotments. The climate seems a bit like where i live in the Pacific Northwest. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

I know! I was out looking for a nice social place that was relatively save from theistic abuse. I'm really glad it's new, too. The growth is inspiring, as it shows just how many of us there are thirsting for somewhere to be ourselves.
Cheers and thanks for the add : )
