About me:
My name is Morpheus Blaze. I currently reside in Waco, Tx. I'm a 29 year old American of AFRICAN descent, a father of a 9 year old princess, I'm an FREEthinking non-believer, ex-christian (son of a pastor), army veteran, full time student majoring in real estate and I'm many other things.
I have a passion for activism and I'm committed to providing a forum to address OUR issues and concerns as FREEthinkers & minorities. I don't want to just talk about our issues, I intend to have our organization take action to fight against any form of ostracism, oppression, manipulation and anything else we deem necessary to change as a people and HUMANity as awhole.

The rEVOLUTION started when our ancestors first landed here so we're already late, behind and still not working together like we should. I plan to be among the few minorities to openly shed my past religious beliefs and let the world know that I refuse to be disrespected just because I'm black and/or I don't believe in what most people call god.

If you have been oppressed in any way because of the color of your skin then URFAM.
If you have been ostracized just because you're an atheist then URFAM.

If you plan to start an atheist/freethinker group in your area I'd suggest that you first, check to see if there isn't already one and second check out what's going on in Austin. The Atheist Community of Austin is a wonderful international resource for many freethinkers.
Outside of that I'd also recommend looking into a post on your daughter's parent/teacher board or perhaps your local BOE. You can affect a lot of positive change by being involved in what the children in your community are being taught.
