Hi Mike,
Things are OK, thanks for asking. The funeral wasn't neary as bad as I worried.
You are right about the other issues. Not sure what to do about the egos and omnidirectional unfocused anger. Often makes me want to give up. Life is too short for that.

Hey Mike,

On the name - no good reason. Playing. Same word, just changed it from Italian to English.

Othewise OK. I have a high-stress life. Not sure why I don't just say fuck it all, I quit, it's only one life, might as well live it. Still, there are reasons. I think. A|N here is more peaceful now. I was tired of so much senseless drama. Im not into drama.

You have a handsome cat. Cats know how to live. Ours' is very expressive - I think she's saying "me. me. me. me. me". She's next to me on a warm electric blanket as I type.

How goes your world? SC must be similar climate-wise to WA. Maybe warmer summer.

Okay here. Been up and then down and then up again. I have so many things that interest me and so many things going my way, but sometimes it all becomes so much that it is hard to deal with it. I think I need to spend more time decompressing. :)

There has been some drama on A|N lately, and some people have left. Too bad really. But I know what you mean, there is a lot of repetition here, but that is inevitable, I guess.

Getting real busy at work. We have to provide about 5 years worth of documentation for a trial, so I am super, super busy. It's also been cold here in Texas. Supposed to get more snow for the second time in two weeks. That's kind of a record here, I think.

Thanks for viewing the Bach. I am familiar with Maisky, but didn't realize he had recorded the Bach suites. I am impressed. Much better than Yo-Yo Ma. Anyway, this piece was rattling around in my mind on Xmas eve. If I were a cellist, I think I could spend my entire life mastering these pieces and be infinitely happy doing so. But that's just me :-)

Thanks. I think I knew that, but the old brain cells don't work right sometimes. I actually go through phases where I can't pull up the right spelling of homophones. I'll type "meat" for "meet," or "no" for "know," or "sea" for "see," and shit like that. Getting old sucks, but I think being online so much has something to do with it, too.

Hey - you have my household in stitches with that comment! Even my mother agrees with you! I've just written an article for a major metropolitan newspaper which probably meets all the criteria in your quiz too. No guarantee it will be published yet, but fingers crossed. Never have tolerated fools gladly.
