Being in the majority isn't absolutely necessary to hold the most power in a country, but it certainly helps. Christians in the U.S. are not only the majority, they have also managed to infiltrate our government, especially at the local levels.…

Desperate pandering from a megalomaniac candidate whose campaign is going down faster than the Titanic.

About Me
I'm a computer programmer, currently living in Central Illinois with my wife and two dogs. I'm 48 years old. Married for 27 years. Grew up in a Baptist home in a small Southern Missouri town. I gave up on Christianity in my mid-twenties when I started thinking trying to make sense of it all. It took about 20 years to make the transition to where I am now. Deism, Paganism, Buddhism, New-age... I even went through the "What the Bleep do We Know?" stage of "woo-woo-ism" before finally accepting that there was no omnipotent being out there watching over me. I'm happier now than I've ever been.

thanks Mike. The fishing trip will consist of walking down to the Finley River and bellyboating for small mouth. But what a great piece of news. I'll have my dad for a while longer and he won't go in the pain and suffering that I feared for him and that he doesn't deserve.

Thanks for replying. It means a lot.
