Fearing Death
One night I woke up from a deep sleep and truly was depressed about what it would be like to no longer exist anymore. I think that is when I realized I no longer believed in God. I calmed myself down and realized, we really are just like everything else out in the world. We are organisms that start anew, create other organisms, then our bodies grow too old and die. Those Christians believe that they will have an afterlife in heaven, but I guess if that's the only way you can be good to others you have something seriously wrong with you.
