Two years ago on "Origins" we were talking about epilepsy as perhaps being the origin of Islam.

P.S. We think that Mohammed was historical but that he was an illiterate frontal lobe epileptic. During his reported fits he fancied that he was talking to the so-called Archangel Gabriel who took him away on his flying white horse to visit some of the supposed layers of the imagined heaven . . .
