- I am a 19 year old proud member of the United States Navy. I have come only recently to the deeper aspects of being an atheist, but I can't remember a time where I ever truly believed in the existence of a god or the supernatural. I decided to join this group because I appear to be flanked on all sides by theistic nonsense, and I need to network with other atheist to convince myself that the world isn't completely insane.
