You have certainly had to deal with a great deal of tragedy in your life, and your coping skills must be incredible to have struggled through it - I say "through it," but the truth is, you never get through it, but time does dull the pain.

Lisa I am not going to be there until January. Will likely stop by. Not sure how to distinguish an atheist platter from any other. I guess you cant disguise the food with too much breading.
Wish you luck with opening. Why is it seafood restaurants never have to sweat decor? Good food, right location and it will work out.
