"You'll find some of the same sexism on Atheist Nexus that you'll find elsewhere, but there does seem to be a fairly sensible crowd to rebut that."

Hello Fellow FAs!

I just found this group after doing a google search for "feminist atheist." I frequent blogs on both topics individually, but often found that one completely ignored or went completely against my views on the other. It's refreshing to know there are more people out there like me and I'm so excited to become a part of the community!

Hi
Welcome to Atheist Nexus with its 8300+ good friends
A useful science-based group to join, with its 130 discussions and numerous video films, is “ORIGINS” (Origins: Universe, Life, Humans, Evolution, Religion....).
One discussion (over 70 posts) is "Proud to be Atheist". There's much to feel good about
because atheists and humanists hold the intellectual high ground——far from the mental slavery of superstitious people who submit to a narrow-minded controlling clergy with their imaginary god, heaven and hell.
Terry Meaden (Proud to be atheist)
