- About Me
- I am a Zen Buddhist. I have studied Tibetan Mahayana thought for my Master's program, but I cannot accept the concept that Buddhas and bodhisattvas of past ages can influence events here in the earthly realm, and therefore respond to prayer. I find little use for prayer, except to express positive thoughts throughout the multiverse (metta bhavana or cosmic resonance). I can't swallow the existence of a creator god, or any dieties whatsoever.
